Hi, I’m Cyber Stalker, a freelance developer and streamer. I take the whole job, from idea to deployment. A fixed price after a short call, demos along the way.
About
Cyber Stalker (also known as cyberstalker and cyberstalker_dev) is my nickname and personal brand. I’m a full-cycle freelance developer.
I build websites, Telegram and Discord bots, web, desktop and mobile apps, and automation. I love projects people use every day: HlebUchet for a bakery’s slicing shop, or Kustomania, a game for friends right inside Telegram.
In the evenings I stream games on Twitch, post AI and IT memes on TikTok, and share guides and behind-the-scenes notes in my Telegram channel.
The name has nothing to do with cyberstalking, the online harassment. It’s just the brand name.
Services
Six areas I’m confident in. If your task sits somewhere in between, write anyway and we’ll figure it out.
Fast and responsive, with lead forms, SEO and analytics. Need an admin panel? I’ll build it.
User dashboards, admin panels, a CRM for your own workflow, payments and user roles.
Order intake, shops, notifications, mini-games and admin panels right in the chat.
Utilities and work tools for Windows, macOS and Linux, with an installer and auto-updates.
Android and iOS apps, from an internal tool to a store release.
Scrapers, integrations between services, scripts, servers and CI/CD, so routine work runs by itself.
Process
At every step you know what is happening and what comes next.
Describe the task in the form or on Telegram. A couple of paragraphs is enough. I reply within 24 hours.
We clarify the details in chat or on a call. You get a plan, a deadline and a fixed price.
I work in short iterations and show demos. Changes along the way are normal.
Deployment, source code, credentials and a short guide.
Work
For clients and for myself. Client code is under NDA, so you’ll see a description and the stack.
A bakery’s slicing shop runs its shifts with it, counts baskets and pallets and sees the daily quota live.

FAQ
Money, timelines, revisions and what happens after delivery.
It depends on the scope. After a short call I quote a fixed price for the whole project or a stage, and it doesn’t change unless the task does.
I reply within 24 hours. If I have a free slot, I start right after we agree on the plan. If not, I’ll tell you honestly when I can.
We agree at the start. For bigger projects it’s easier in stages: you pay for a stage and get its result.
Yes. After payment I hand over the code, credentials and a launch guide. The project is yours.
Yes, fully remote. I speak Russian and English, and calls happen at a time that suits you.
Only if you want it to. Client projects are confidential by default: no code, data or names on air.
Revisions within the agreed scope: as many as needed, that’s what the demos are for. New features are estimated separately before I start.
That’s why we work in stages: you see each stage’s result before paying for the next. If you decide to stop, you pay only for what’s done.
Yes. If you need it, we sign a contract and an NDA before you share any confidential details.
A description in your own words, examples you like, and access if we’re improving an existing project. We’ll write the spec together.
Yes. I’ll help pick and set up a server, domain and HTTPS. If you already have hosting, I’ll deploy there.
Bugs in my work found within 14 days of delivery are fixed for free. After that we can agree on support: one-off tasks or monthly.
